2. Account Suspension
In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend your account until payments are reinstated. We'll notify you before taking such action to ensure transparency in the process.
3. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, we cannot be held liable for any loss of earnings or income incurred through the use of our services. Users are responsible for their business decisions and outcomes.
4. Uptime Guarantee
We are committed to maintaining a 99% uptime for our services. However, occasional downtimes may occur for maintenance purposes or unforeseen circumstances. We'll do our best to keep disruptions minimal.
5. Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of StoryTech, including CallCatch, AllInbox and future features, are the property of StoryTech and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and disclose information.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. When updated we will notify you via email.
Cancellation Policy for StoryBuilder
At StoryTech, we understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to provide flexibility for our valued customers. Here's our cancellation policy for StoryBuilder:
1. No Long-Term Contracts
We believe in providing our customers with the freedom to choose. StoryBuilder subscriptions are offered on a month-to-month or annual basis, with no long-term contracts required. You can cancel your subscription at any time without being locked into a lengthy commitment.
2. Cancellation Process
To cancel your StoryBuilder subscription, send your request to cancel to contact@storytech.au with the subject line 'Cancellation Request'. We will get back to you promptly. Note that canceling your account will mean that any mobile numbers created will be cancelled and returned to the Twilio pool of numbers. If you would prefer to pause your account, then we can retain your number at a small cost until you reactivate your account.
3. Prorated Refunds
For monthly plans, if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, you will not be refunded for the remaining days of that cycle. However, you will not be charged for the following billing cycle. For annual plans, refunds are not provided for the remaining months of the subscription term.
4. Access After Cancellation
After cancelling your StoryBuilder subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. This allows you to utilise StoryBuilder until the subscription expires, maximising the value of your investment.
5. Reactivation
Should you decide to rejoin StoryBuilder after cancelling, you can easily reactivate your subscription at any time. Send an email to contact@storytech with the subject line 'Reactivation Request' and will get back to you on next steps.
